Hunter Swenson (b.1996) is from Colorado, he is receiving a degrees in philosophy and honors in art from Sewanee (C’18). Influenced by the philosophy of the 20th century philosophers Ludwig Wittgenstein, Jean-Paul Sartre, Iris Murdoch, Gaston Bachelard; and contemporary philosophers Henry Frankfurt and Iris Marion Young. He is a photographer and sculptor, whose work deals with clouds, daydreams, language, sound and spaces. Hunter has worked in Grundy County (Tennessee), Colorado, Haiti, Jamaica, and Tanzania.
